Pros

They will open your eyes quickly to how bad a company they are. They are losing facilities in Texas and New Mexico... and should be kicked out of every facility they're in!

Cons

Unrealistic, top heavy organization. Continue to want outrageous productivity, want you to worship their company, force you to pay charities and do volunteer work, low pay, high stress, middle management is incompetent, their hedgehog program is a waste of money and resources.

Pros

Some of the Team members (not management) were great to work with. Other than that not much to really speak of.

Cons

Middle and senior management are HORRIBLE. This company really needs to send in management from outside the area so as to DISCOURAGE promoting friends and significant others, which as we all know is ILLEGAL and fosters a hostile atmosphere. The pay is laughable unless of course you are a friend or significant other to management.
