Pros

Some of the middle leadership people are wonderful and care but remember there is more to a book than a cover.

Cons

Owner only cares about making money. Not a company that I wanted to be part of after 2 plus years. I know how the company works because if they get a bad review they flood with good reviews by there current management.

I have worked at TMC for 20 years. This is where I started my career and plan to retire. The culture of TMC is warm and supportive and I couldn’t ask for a better place to grow and learn. Over the years, TMC has invested in transforming patient care in addition to employee and customer experiences. I find the owners and team members to be inspiring as each one of us face challenges the industry and life throws at us. TMC encourages us all to be connected to each other and the communities we serve. I choose to be a part of something greater by working here at TMC and experiencing the good days and the bad days together. I have given TMC my heart with no strings attached as the future was scary as a young clinician when I started 20 years ago, but one thing is for sure, I will keep choosing TMC.

Cons

As with any company, there are ups and downs and mistakes to be made along the way as there will be days, we are tired, grumpy, and out of gas, but it is during these tough times we choose to be part of something greater by contributing to our culture and caring for our patients.
