Pros

I have worked with TMC 6 years now. My work family is very important to me. TMC walks the talk and has always been transparent and reasonable. We face a lot of challenges in our industry and things are not like they once were in some aspects. I am confident walking through those changes with TMC. I believe you get what you put out. If you want growth you can find it. TMC does have high expectations as they don't want a therapist that only has a license and heartbeat. If that's that kind of job you want, keep looking.

Cons

Our industry insurance and Medicare causes any cons I deal with....

Pros

The only pro is the flexibility.

Cons

This company is one of the lowest paying therapy companies out there. Please do research on your worth and do not accept anything lower than that. The recruiters will guilt trip you into thinking you are asking too much. They tend to hire new grads since they are cheaper and do not know any better about rates. Another con is their ridiculously high productivity requirement (its over 100%) and you will hear about it everyday. You are expected to be like a factory and see patient after patient after patient with absolutely no time to do anything else (point of service documentation is preached all the time as well). Don't dare use the bathroom or talk to nursing/ family members or bring a dietary slip to the kitchen. Because concur and group therapy is allowed, they will give you 10 hours on your schedule but expect you to do in 8 hours or you might have 8 hours on your schedule and they want you to do it in 6 or 7 hours which means you are not meeting your 80 hours (if this happens everyday, it adds up over the 2 week pay period) and make you come in on Saturday. Because of such a high productivity rate, the quality of therapy has been "watered down" (its mediocre at the best) and therapist cannot practice "at the top of their license" (yes, I took TMC's term). It's difficult to really grow, learn, and develop your skills as a therapist in this company... it's about quantity over quality.

Pros

There are some nice co workers, really nice that go out of their way for you. Others not so much, not very understanding.

Cons

Salary not competitive to other companies with outrageous productivity standards.
