      Pros

      Good coworkers. Pretty good benefits. Decent flexibility. As a contract company, rating definitely would vary depending on facility worked in. I have worked in some facilities for this company and I would give a higher rating.

      Cons

      SNF setting during Pandemic is very challenging. Definite negative effects noted from quarantine and isolation, not just in residents, but staff as well. Nurses and CNAs have staffing and consistency problems and quality of care has decreased. Therapy is definitely reduced in priority, but has been the one thing that has kept some residents from becoming entirely bed bound and depressed.

      Pros

      Strong company culture with a focus on making a positive difference in the lives of everyone we serve. At TMC, you are more than just a number; you are part of the TMC Family, and you're made to feel like you really matter. I love the opportunities for giving back through Together Making Changes and the highlight on providing care that only I as an SLP can provide. TMC educates its team members on industry changes and provides honest communication regarding what's going on in the industry and within the company. I have felt very supported by TMC during the COVID pandemic by the resources that have been made available to me.
