Pros
Good equipment, Great home time, Will get you home when requested, paid holidays, good benefits, company will train you well on flatbed securing and safety
Cons
Always trying to get over on drivers, no fast or pre pass, must pay up front, good luck getting reimbursed everytime for tolls, a constant battle trying to get money back for something that shouldn't have to be put up by the driver to begin with. Company has a policy against toll roads, but will authorize it in some cases. Be sure to document via Qualcomm etc.
