      Pros

      Very nice equipment what you put in, is what you get out Good pay!

      Cons

      nothing really towards the company itself. Just long hours away from home which is what you would expect in this industry.

      fleet manager, stressful with few rewards

      Pros

      Good experience right out of college. Real world management. Most of the people are pretty enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Everything is always your fault, even things you have no control over. I would not recommend working here unless you have NO other options. Very little if no room at all for advancement. Poor pay with tiny little raises that don't come but every few years. Expensive benefits package.

      Pros

      Flexible lunch hours, when you get to take a lunch. Casual dress, free coffee, and nice landscaping to look at when you come into park in the morning. There is more freedom than you have at most entry level jobs. They're pretty upfront about what to expect with most aspects of the jobs they provide.

      Cons

      Entry level office jobs with very little chance to be promoted, ever. Mostly salary positions that are treated like hourly positions whenever it benefits the company so you're stuck with the worst of both worlds. You'll be expected to work a minimum of 10 hour days and rotating weekends. Benefits are the lowest that can legally be provided; Vacation time is horrible, but that's often the case with transportation companies.
