      Decent but limited potential company

      Pros

      Organized. Gives new drivers a chance. Takes care of employees.

      Cons

      Tell you that you are percent based to get you in the door but a large part of the business is mileage ie dedicated accounts. Training is way too long to get a regular sized paycheck. Mixed bag of trainers. Some are fantastic while other have serious attitudes. Delivery can be low $ and big waste time. This is business pure and simple. Uses any percieved cultural behavior violation to send you packing. Micromanages everything

      Great equipment, New Peterbilt's 579s, fuel cards, weekly washes, great active flatbed services

      Cons

      Dispatching is rude, No weekly home time as promised, Quick to reimburse themselves of your money

      There are two good foreman there With the two good foreman there is no micromanagement

      Cons

      No advancement unless you are overly buddy buddy with the higher ups (go on fishing trips, camping, etc., with them) Annual "raises" are an absolute joke No training They will not back you Cannot stay on schedule Shop equipment works less than half the time No type of tool purchase help but you are required to buy your own box and tools Even without a parts shortage, TMC always seems to be short on all the parts you actually need but over stocked on parts you never need You are ridiculed for asking honest questions When asked for opinions they do nothing with the opinion even when it is the entire staff's opinion
