      Great training program, great culture in the company. Strong values and support for drivers. Different dedicated oppertunities. Nice trucks.

      VERY thorough training on the company, the industry, and HOW to do your job. They acknowledge high performers.

      Cons

      Cold calls all day every day until you can MAYBE have a steady enough customer base to cut those cold calls down to a few days a week. If you’re a sales person, try it. But be warned that if the brokerage market keeps dropping, they’re liable to lay you off with no notice
