Pros

- Get to work with lots of modern technology (AWS, CI/CD, Angular, Terraform) - No micromanaging (literally as close to zero as you can get) - Great team dynamics - Most people are fully WFH

Cons

- Sometimes project planning could be better

TMC does a great job at giving their new employees real, meaningful work. There are always so many exciting projects to work on.

Company leans more old school, which is to be expected given the industry. In terms of IT, some of the technologies they are using are a bit outdated.
