Pros

I've never worked for a company that spent so much time and money to add comfort to my work experience. The management staff is always bringing little snacks for us. My first year at TMG there was a pretty nasty cold going around, and on one particularly cold day there was warm Olive Garden soup and bread sticks for all employees to enjoy for lunch. What I like most about this company is when I do a good job, it’s acknowledged. Who doesn’t like to be appreciated?

Cons

At this time I can honestly say I don't have any complaints about TMG.

Pros

They truly care about their employees and their growth. They put in a lot of time and energy to make sure everyone is happy. And they are happy to work with you if you are having a hard time. The company is always growing so there is always opportunity.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about working for TMG.
