Pros
New faces, lots of meetings. Great parking spaces, lots of them available. Reasonable maintenance and good looking grounds.
Cons
People being brought in for "experience" and to bolster the president's image. Lack of work-product that is saleable. The main customer relegating us to secondary or tertiary supplier status. Days being numbered and everyone is worried about layoff.
