      It is a good place to develop your all rounded skills as you can found system running awkward to internals. Practice your technical and software skills when you're trying hard to achieve something you think its good to the company.

      Cons

      Pool oversight from management. Bad strategy globally. Employees got the fault of management and leadership team. Innovation and development team was the last the valued.
