The Talent Acquisition team at the team was a good team to work with.

Cons

Overall culture at the company was quite lacking and toxic. There is a large disconnect between management and the wider team. While some people genuinely cared about the company and employees, they are in the minority and most team members of influence were very self serving. While they promoted work life balance being important that didn't display that through their actions.
