Pros

Health care Parts of lower level management are good

Cons

Middle management waste and needing to change something to validate there job FSE have little to no recognition and more like an afterthought to the rest of the company Used to hire from within but in the last 2 years we just pass up on our talent who is questionably more qualified than the talent brought in Family when convenient(when talking to you we are one large family but looking at it its anything but that) Parts is atrocious(no ability to outsource so most of the time you just have to convince customers to just order it off a distributors website that you had to find and research becasue they will give you 4 month lead times on products that are available through even amazon) No internal stock of wear parts Project managers, out side of asking what the status of a project theres not much more to them, if you are on the project your not getting anything you ask for to complete said project nor are you having any less conversations with the customer because you still have to handle all things with the customer as the pm with not inform customer of what is to be done on the customer side
