      PTO is adequate Co-workers are pleasant and helpful

      Cons

      Company has trouble retaining competant help. Company does not have the resources to perform its job adequately. The process of product collection is dirty and physically demanding and is not something most people can handle. The business is basically 24/7 - 362 days a year. Pay is low.
