      Good Benefits; hardworking peers.

      Cons

      If upper management doesn't agree with you or dislikes you, you will be let go. At will employment---no reason needed. Micro-managed by management who points fingers and will throw you under the bus at any given time . Favoritism. is high, Sexual harassment swept under the carpet.

      Good for people that need a 1st job to add to resume.

      Cons

      No growth opportunity Low pay Old school culture, Back stab culture, Finger-pointing. No training and expect to figure and solve issues alone. Problems evolving from small to medium company Lack of processes and job responsibilities. Small groups of power control the resources and make decisions.

      I was a field service technician here. It's a great job, and also a great company but supervisors are not the best.

      Pros

      Enjoyable job. Pay was good. Great benefits. Cool co-workers. Time off. Seems the owner really cares about the company.

      Cons

      Supervisors showed favoritism. And don't want to help you. Management will always take supervisors side no matter what. And they are willing to let you go in a heartbeat.
