Pros

Very demanding industry, with excellent customer service as a primary focus; great for those who appreciate a challenge. Travel. Customer centric. Cutting edge food sorting technology.

Cons

Stressful job requirements; not for the faint of heart. Must know how to pace yourself and manage your time well. Excellent communication skills and an empathetic mindset are a must. Limited pay-band/growth which isn't communicated well during the interview process, so make sure to ask before accepting the role.

Generous work from home conditions. The role itself could be interesting with the right support.

Cons

Effectively no onboarding. Expectations have been unclear from day one. Have been repeatedly thrown under the bus for problems that are a direct result of poor communication and mismanagement.
