      Smart, talented, passionate people. Tomra's mission to reduce waste and increase recycling. Good software engineering.

      Cons

      Major restructuring about every 2 years. Acquisitions, redundancies, breaking parts of the company apart, merging other parts. Constant disruption. Good projects don't reach potential for lots of reasons. Resources, deadlines, competition. Lack of vision.
