Pros

Company's Vision and sorting technology leader. Good team to work with. Energetic and down to earth leadership to work with.

Cons

I would say challenges rather than cons. Lot of room to improve processes.

Pros

Not much to rave about.

Cons

If you like getting abused by customers every second day, this is the place for you. If you like customer providing feedback on how dirty the premise is, this is the place for you. Even though the creators of the mess is the customers themselves. If you want to be unappreciated this is definitely the place for you.

Pros

TOMRA is a purpose driven company helping to save the planet one piece of food at a time. It does this by creating amazing sensor based optical sorting solution that minimise food loss and maximise profitability for our customers. Amazingly smart and dedicated global team. A really unique opportunity to be part of a global team that cares about what they do. Strong growth focus means there’s lots of variety and excitement. After a few years of internal challenge is a strong commitment from senior management for continuous improvement and growth. Lots of career opportunities for people who want it, locally and globally within TFF, and the wider TOMRA group.

Cons

Lots of change projects happening which adds extra pressure - but these should be short term challenges with long term benefits. Some roles require “global hours” from time to time; this isn’t for everyone. But it can be really exciting to be working at that level. Lots to still do to align the company but there is a real commitment to make it work. If you don’t like change, transformation, and a dynamic working environment, this isn’t the company for you.
