Awful cooperation/team culture Too many management positions just asking for updates and changing their roles names. No idea how to scalate or push things forward. Too much interest in short term gains and meeting individual objectives to get the bonus. Nobody really cares where the company/product is heading to, or long term achievements/vision. Management has no idea what's happening in the lower levels and they can't keep their talent. There is people leaving every week (2-3 at least). Wrong approach (in terms of tasks and job description) to many positions. Everyone seems to do everything but in the end nobody does anything . Mixed roles and not clear who's suppose to own what.
