Pros

Very demanding industry, with excellent customer service as a primary focus; great for those who appreciate a challenge. Travel. Customer centric. Cutting edge food sorting technology.

Cons

Stressful job requirements; not for the faint of heart. Must know how to pace yourself and manage your time well. Excellent communication skills and an empathetic mindset are a must. Limited pay-band/growth which isn't communicated well during the interview process, so make sure to ask before accepting the role.

Pros

There is nothing I can think of currently

Cons

When the new President of TOMRA Food came on he stated that he wasn't going to fire the service teams. Then all of a sudden they decide that a 3rd party business will do it instead for them. They took out key employee in various business units. I was the only Internal defect specialist for the region and was let go because of "downsizing".
