Great, great people. Most everyone is willing to go above and beyond to help out, regardless of whether the request is "their job". Extremely positive, can-do attitudes abound.

Cons

Due to the small size and agile nature of the company, change can be quite frequent. While not inherently a negative, at times this can be challenging.

At TORC you have direct involvement in building cutting edge technology. The people here are committed to what they do and come together as a team to solve big challenges. Everyone has the authority to make changes to improve TORC without red tape. The people here are extremely smart, easy to work with, and don't have big egos. Everyone is always willing to help out or answer questions.

Long term planning is still a struggle.
