      Horrible HR & mid level management

      Pros

      Decent pay, covered all costs for licensing and training.

      Cons

      Horrible schedules with little to no ability to actually change to a different shift, mandatory OT, HR is never there, middle level management is solely concerned with the numbers sides of things and does not care about employees. Benefits are horrendous.

      Pros

      Great team environment. Leadership is always willing to assist the supervisors to real their goals and personal accomplishments. Great place to work!!!
