      This is a broker focus firm. Broker are the King. You bring in the deal you can be sure you will be very well compensated.

      Cons

      Because it is a broker focus firm. Rest of the department have to fulfill broker request. It is a "heavy" human company. Revenue hit record but the actual profit of the company is not fantastic. Have a read into firm financial statement. You understand.
