      TP ICAP is a fast-paced, truly global company that offers a great learning environment. I gained a lot of valuable experience which will stand by me in the future. Management is supportive and approachable, with strong leadership in both the Belfast and London offices. There’s a collaborative culture and plenty of opportunities to develop skills in a dynamic setting.
