Staff were very pleasant people and there was a great atmosphere

Cons

The headquarters are in London and they had moved there development in house, only projects with mountains of technical debt, legacy code\technologies and in general "awful code" were moved to their Belfast office. Avoid working here if you care about career progression. There was a real reluctance to change the code despite it rotting, I'm sure there were other projects without technical debt but not in Belfast. Also when I left; I received a 33% pay increase so they under pay.
