They surveil you a lot (can't have your phone even at your work spot), which doesn't make you feel appreciated to work there. You have to log in when you come in, take a break, take lunch break, take another break, when you go home. And if your work for the day is done and there is literally nothing you can do anymore, they make you stay there until it's the end of your shift? We couldn't work from home, even though it was tested and everything went well. Just not very nice for the work conditions.
