This was one of my favorite jobs that I've ever had & wish that they still offered the hourly wage of $16.

Pros

Hourly wage, 12 hour shift/ 3.5 daddy work week, benefits, holiday pay, free Thanksgiving Turkey giveaway to each employee, several dedicated indoor smoke rooms per building, option to eat lunch/snack in cubicle vs noisy lunch areas, security/medal detectors upon each entrance/exit, IT, hundreds of company wide informative display flat/HD screens accessible throughout company's, badges and uniforms.

Cons

Security guards had authority to fire, disorganization of human resources, & favoritism shown to veterans vs newbies
