Only pro is free lunch which is terrible half of the time.

Cons

Not flexible. Poor management skills. Really only micromanaging. HR leaks PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL information to other employees of the club. A lot of drama. Zero room for growth.

Meeting different people that you can connect with in the real working world

Cons

Bully technique of upper management. Policies that are told but never followed. Promises made and not kept. Lack of security, lack of leadership, and lack of morals in upper management. It was all about them making their money no matter what.

Great place to be if you want to sit around and make a paycheck. Keep your head down, do as you are told, and you can keep your job. They bribe you with a fully stocked break room and the area has great places to eat.

Cons

If you question anything, you will be ostracized immediately. At the operations level, the organization is run by a workplace bully. Other leaders in the office are a joke; snoring and sleeping in your office daily can get you promoted. Top leadership is always out of office and when in office, totally disengaged and to busy finding new ways to cheat their members out of their money. Once the Feds take a closer look, the Ponzi Scheme will lead to a lot if jail time for those still there...
