*No room for growth what-so-ever, which is why this is a perfect summer job or college part-time job.
*Policies are constantly changing...If you present an issue to one of the managers about a current policy, they will suddenly implement a new policy just to make themselves correct.
*Management likes to talk to other employees about another employees issues. This has been a terrible on-going problem for years.
*If there is an actual HR issue, HR does nothing about it and the problem will never be resolved.
*Management likes to get power hungry and WILL talk down to you/give you an unfavorable schedule if you accidentally did something wrong.
*You are required to work every single holiday. EVERY holiday and will NOT get holiday pay unless you are a full-time employee.
*If you are hired as a part-time employee with an availability to work 6 out of 7 days, you will be scheduled 5 to 6 days every week. That does not qualify you as a full time employee (ex: no holiday pay or other bonuses.) Your employment status must be marked as full time with HR. Otherwise, you are still part-time but are not receiving the same benefits as full time employees who are working the same amount of hours as you.
*If you are applying for any serving job/ food and beverage job (that be serving, cart girl, banquet, servers assistant, bartender, hosting etc..) be prepared to work ALL positions, whether you are trained in that area or not. They will schedule you to work another job if they are short staffed without asking. This happens VERY often.
