Pros

The only good thing I can say about this dump is that I used my time with the members to work part time with them as I went to college, handed them my resume, and when my college time was done, I got a job with a company through one of the members

Cons

Upper tier staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Lied to constantly, berated often, and absolutely ZERO leadership skills. Open door policy was more like, “There’s the open door and you can leave when you want” And in the food and beverage department? The one when I started, knew less about the industry than a wet dishrag. The replacement had the personality of said dishrag and was always in his office and of no help when needed The employee meal program was just a step above dumpster diving. How so, you ask? It was merely reheated food that might’ve been two or three days old. Salads? If you like brown lettuce. Vegetables? Rarely were they ever fresh and we’re mostly flaccid and left over from a party
