Pros

I find the challenging environment exciting. My managers are always open to new ideas for improving efficiencies. They are encouraging about my growth with the company. Its truly a team environment with an open door policy.

Cons

Hours can be long but TPG is incredibly flexible with working from home when needed, time off, flex hours for dr appt, etc.

Nice sized bonuses at year end; free lunch, snacks, drinks; nice Holiday party; good peer group; fast-paced environment; great office - current decor; dual monitors, downtown Fort Worth

Cons

Mgmt does not make quick decisions; throw you under the bus atmosphere at higher levels; 55 hour work weeks not out of the norm; no flex-time; no one leaves before 6pm
