You’ll quickly how to run a company after experiencing all the ways not to run a company throughout your employment here at TPI. You’ll also learn that short term gains are much more lucrative in a publicly traded company than the actual product due to cutting corners at the expense of employees well-being in order to beat quarterly earnings in an attempt to squeeze short sellers.

Cons

This company mishandles toxic chemicals used during the production of Wind Turbines. Most of the grinding/repairs are done before epoxy has undergone a full cure cycle therefore spreading un-cured epoxy dust throughout the plant providing employees with an opportunity to break out in contact dermatitis and asthma related issues.
