Pros

Pay and advancement opportunities are good

Cons

Bad attitudes and arrogance prevail from bottom to top. Fiber glad and chemicals permeate the environment and production employees work mandatory overtime regularly, and it is not uncommon for them to work seven day weeks mandatory

Thank you for leaving a review on Glassdoor. We cannot continue to improve without constructive feedback from our associates. A global company message was sent on May 24, 2019 with the results of the TPI Associate Engagement Survey, and in addition all locations hosted associate meetings to review the results. If you have specific suggestions for improvement to training, communications, and/or to improve the content and communication of the Engagement Survey results, please contact us at TPI_Tomorrow@tpicomposites.com.

Community service and engagement are important to TPI. Our company started formally tracking associate volunteer hours last year and in total our associates worldwide contributed more than 20,000 hours in 2018. This amount of contribution involved thousands of associates worldwide. What is unique about the program at TPI is that our associates volunteer on their own time. We strive to provide opportunities to volunteer that provide a sense of accomplishment, contribution, and activities that are fun for our associates to do. If your experience is anything other than that, or if you feel forced to participate, it is not in alignment with the intent of our program. In addition, the focus of our community engagement is more about the time contributed, not the dollars raised, as not all events result in financial contributions. If you have ideas or suggestions that you feel would make this more of a positive experience, please feel free to contact us via email at TPI_Tomorrow@tpicomposites.com.
