      Seen as a respectable company, not a strict daily rules (tshirt, jean, beard. no problem), nice to see all those wind blades in the morning.

      Cons

      Lack of system everyday is another chaos very poorly managed a person who is a purchaser, can become head of supply chain in 3 years. thus, people who does not deserve manages the deparments (had a head of occupational security without any certificates) using fresh graduates for stupid jobs
