      Pros

      Learning new processes in the wind energy industry.

      Cons

      Executive Management, CEO and COO, only care about what's best for them financially. I saw them reverse direction 180 degrees many times. Saw them change CFO's almost annually. Don't plan on making a career here.

      The job itself is easy and I like it but TPI should really start doing background and employer checks when hiring people

      Pros

      It's amazing being part of the building of one of these huge blades and seeing how they come together. The very small important details that go into one of these are awesome.

      Cons

      There are too many "chiefs" and not enough "Indians" on the teams. Too many people who are "know it alls" and not team players. There are too many people who do not care about their quality of work and also too many who slack off with no repercussion on their part.
