      Pros

      They have a diverse team environment. It is really helpful if you are willing to learn various perspectives and have an open mind.

      Cons

      It's not a place if you want to grow in your career. They will give you beyond expectation performance reviews but your manager + HR can ignore you forever if you want to talk about the next steps in your career. They sometimes go up to a degree of slightly "modifying" the requirements and reposting the job, if one qualifies for all requirements for an open position, which I found to be very funny. Engineers here who are strong in their field, I have not seen them stay in this company for long.
