      needs 7/24 accountability, working environment is not friendly for your lungs, there is a harsh competition between departments and colleagues.

      * Pays on time and not too bad compared to local salaries. * Have great engineering talent inside.

      Cons

      * Terrible management policy, siding with the powerful not the just. * Huge responsibility is given without authority. * Constant pressure for overtime. If you don't do overtime, you are mobbed. * People get fired without notice and any logical reason, where as others with silver-tongue rise. * Huge gossip culture between different sites, even different departments of the same site. And this toxic culture is fueled by managers.
