      The job itself is easy and I like it but TPI should really start doing background and employer checks when hiring people

      Pros

      It's amazing being part of the building of one of these huge blades and seeing how they come together. The very small important details that go into one of these are awesome.

      Cons

      There are too many "chiefs" and not enough "Indians" on the teams. Too many people who are "know it alls" and not team players. There are too many people who do not care about their quality of work and also too many who slack off with no repercussion on their part.

      Pros

      The people there are for the most part pleasant to work with. I like working in a job that is not an assembly line. TPI is one of the industries that is a part of the GREEN movement. I think that is really neat.

      Cons

      I really can't think of too many. The main one is having to wear protective clothing which at times can be hot & uncomfortable.

      Helping our country to become energy efficient and learning new things about the wind industry.

      Cons

      At times feeling like engineers thinking you are stupid just because you are not as educated as they are. Workers have opinions also.
