Pros
Working out in the field is good, typically you're with one other person or by yourself. Overall a great place just needs better training and management.
Cons
Lack of training, don't make any mistakes because you'll be told that you were shown regardless if you actually were, never get appreciated for the work you've done and how hard you work only get acknowledged for the mistakes made for lack of knowing.
