      Only good thing is you can take break once you done with your work.

      Cons

      They will not at all provide you any KT or support. You have to do it on your own and if fail to proof then you will be fired without notice immediately. Horrible but it is true.

      Pros

      TRC UK has been a great team to be a part of. The culture and colleagues are big motivators for me to be happy in a job and this team delivers. People are friendly and helpful and there's real teamwork. Seniors are very approachable and supportive. The business in the UK is growing and we've had previous employees returning to us, so I think that speaks volumes. No place is perfect but TRC is definitely the best place I've worked at. They care about us as people, not just workers.

      Cons

      I enjoy being part of a smaller group as it feels more personal and friendly. If you're someone who enjoys working for big big companies, TRC UK is not in that place yet, but being so big in the US, I do not doubt that we'll keep having steady business growth.
