Pros

Leader in the HTM industry - built from the ground up as a medical equipment management provider, with strong ties to the founding vision. Trimedx is about servicing it's customers, less about revenue. The databases and other tools we use were designed internally for medical device management. Great benefits and compensation, plenty of PTO. You will be challenged and required to go the extra mile, but you're well supported and rewarded.

Cons

There are none in my book and I've worked in field service for ~20 yrs.

Many opportunities for growth/development however turnover is high leaving work load unmanageable .

Very metrics focused, however no direction on how to achieve goals and hands off MGMT style.
