      OK Company to work for

      Pros

      This company has amazing best benefits. In fact, some of the best healthcare benefits I have every seen an employer offer. Amazing PTO policy, give 160 hours/year, even for hourly paid employees.

      Cons

      Management has very clouded judgement, and clearly play to who their favorites are. Politics is a big part of getting promoted with this company, and unfortunately, they do not always base annual salary increases off of performance.

      Solid value-based organization that actually cares about its customers and making a positive impact

      Cons

      Significant organizational dysfunction that is founded on manager fiefdoms and political conflicts. Some managers do not care for what is best for the company but rather what is best just for their department or even worse, just for themselves

      Fast growing, but terrible management structure

      Pros

      Lots of vacation, good benefits, good culture of helping those in-need.

      Cons

      Well below market pay and virtually non-existent bonus for the 60 hr normal weeks. Everyone in the decision making seats are hired from outside of the healthcare industry without any knowledge of how hospitals function (>65%). Little chance of being promoted if you're doing well in your position. Favoritism for corporate employees. Metric based performance evaluation (all about whether you hit the numbers no matter how you get there). Company decides to bring on new accounts without assessing the state of current accounts
