Decent PTO and good experience. You learn a lot for better or worse.

Cons

Pay is below market. Mid level management are all friends. Their technical skills are good but really poor people skills. Their referral bonus model creates everyone hiring friends to earn $3k. Cost of benefits is high for what you get. Poor paternity leave. Multiple down quarters owned by a private equity group. If you’re hired, be prepared for cuts soon if the down quarters continue.
