      Pros

      Very good department head, and some very engaging team members. Unfortunately one person in the team was going through a tough time (psychologically) and that persons negative attitude caused a somewhat bad atmosphere for a while

      Not great pay (not bad in terms of japaneae standards apparently)

      A great company to work with and not for. They have great machines and software so easy to sell.

      Cons

      The upper management is mainly all friends and if you are not liked then you won't make it far
