Young management staff behave inappropriately with staff. Inconsistent management. Major favoritism. Many unhappy employees that are overworked and very very unappreciated. Only favorites get promoted.

Management was often immature and also uneducated. Most managers did not have a college degree and often made fun of employees who did. Sexual harassment and bullying is a huge issue that was often swept under the carpet. Also, management tended to fraternize with it's employees, often hurting or getting employees fired. Management had no real vision other than employing it's current model. It's a good ole' boys club that has no real interest in cultivating professionalism and ingenuity in their employees. Mangers were often hypocritical and unethical.
