The only pro there could possibly apply is the experience to go to a different company.
Cons
Out of the many i want to talk about, respect is what this company is lacking. They pay their salary employees the bare minimum and expect them to bend over backwards as they fire their employees. Not only does the company try and work with limited staff but they make working on Christmas MANDITORY and don't give any incentives. They pay their salary workers only 200 dollars for working on weekends BEFORE tax. Then pay hourly employees time and a half. They expect employees to be okay with working their opposite shift because they REFUSE to hire more people. And lastly they are so pathetic about doing their jobs they they dig through trash to get spare parts because they don't have enough work force to produce the right amount of parts. Such a pathetic company.
