Pros
The coworkers and management at TS Tech Americas are all pretty good. The atmosphere is pretty laid back and it's a good place to work if you just want to put in your 40 hours and get the job done. Benefits are pretty decent as salaried non-managers get paid for overtime. Flex time policy is pretty nice as well, although they just canceled the WFH policy.
Cons
Decentralized structure and laid-back culture of company makes it very difficult to implement much-needed changes. If inefficiency bothers you, you might struggle here. Opportunities for career development and advancement that translate well outside of TS Tech may be slightly limited as well.
