Pros

There are no pros to working there. The club management determines employee welfare. Management changes on an annual basis and when new management comes in, most of the employees are sacked.

Cons

No job security. Employment is on a contract basis. The contract can be terminated anytime on a whiff without regard to employee welfare or labour laws. The club management is very biased with poor attitudes towards the staff.
