Salary debits on time to all employees

Cons

All experience employees have left the company. Company do not have Appraisals/ hike plan. Surprise shift extensions and Saturday working. R&R will be conducted only when clients are coming. Transport is so not good.

Clear evidence of favoritism with the new Supply Chain Manager, and the managers don't treat people like professionals. This company has gone downhill fast.
